Libera's Behind-the-Scenes Video

Just 1 more week until Libera's new DVD/CD are released! To get us even more excited about it, Libera has posted its "Behind-the-Scenes" video which is on the DVD!

There are so many cute moments on it. You can see them touring Washington DC, having fun getting ready for the concert, doing their sound check (where Isaac hits a high A, Matthew Madine sings that solo we've always wanted to hear, Lucas hits a high B-flat, and Sam sings a scale), and filming the concert. You'll also hear excerpts from many songs including the amazing climax of "Voca Me!!!!" Just brilliant! :D

I don't know what Isaac is saying, but it's hilariously funny anyway!

Moose

I'm calling this "Moose," but don't confuse it with "The Loose Moose." This Moose is Libera's mascot who travels the world with them and often shows up on stage with them.

Libera made a video where Alex, Sam, and Alessandro introduce us to Moose's American cousins.




Alessandro: Hi. I'm Alessandro.

Sam: I'm Sam.

Alex: And I'm Alex.

All: And we're called Libera.

Alessandro: Good morning. This is Moose. He's the most traveled moose in the world. Here are his US cousins. Hello and hello.

Sam: If you become a Friend of "Libera of the United States,"you can get one of these Mooses.

Alex: Moose is going to be with us at the concert in Washington on the 7th of August.

Libera Promo Video for Washington, DC Concert

Libera posted the cutest video of Ben, Ciaran, and Alessandro inviting us to the DVD filming in Washington, DC! They nicely say all their lines, as all good Libera boys try to do. But watch their faces. First Alessandro is trying not to crack up as the others say their lines. Then watch Ben when they point to the web site. Just one cool move. lol. Ben's last line is hilarious! And then he just walks away as Ciaran and Alessandro crack up again.




Alessandro - I'm Alessandro.

Ciaran - I'm Ciaran.

Ben - And I'm Ben.

All - And we're called Libera.

Alessandro - We are really looking forward to coming back to the United States in the Summer.

Ciaran - We will be performing a concert at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, DC.

Ben - The concert will be filmed for broadcast on PBS and to make a brand new DVD and CD.

USA 2014 Tour Promo Video

Libera just posted a promotional video for their USA 2014 Tour, and oh my goodness, could they be any cuter?! It's Ben, Cassius, and Ciaran making us laugh. And it's springtime in London! Instead of the usual music of the Libera boys singing in the background, you can hear birds singing! lol. 

Did I hear that correctly?! There's going to be BRAND NEW SONGS! Robert Prizeman has been writing again! And BRAND NEW PEOPLE! Aaaahhhh! Newbies!! This tour is going to be so awesome! It's less than a month away, so get the good seats now! :D

Libera "Bayan Ko" Video from Manila 2013 & Lyrics

Libera just posted the video of their performance of "Bayan Ko" on October 29, 2013 at the PICC in Manila, Philippines. They also posted a message -

"It is dedicated here out of deepest respect to those who suffered unimaginable loss in Typhoon Haiyan."

Libera performed 2 concerts in the Philippines after a 7.1 earthquake struck Bohol and surrounding areas on October 15, 2013 and before Typhoon Haiyan hit on November 8, 2013.

"Bayan Ko" is a very patriotic song in the Philippines. Libera sang it in the Filipino language as a special encore at the concerts. You can see the audience loved it!

Please pray for the people in the Philippines. You can donate to the American Red Cross for Philippines typhoon relief here.

Taiwan Greetings Video

Libera has a new video out featuring Ben and Cassius! They send greetings to the Taiwan fans first in English and then in Chinese. According to some Chinese-speaking fans, their Chinese is very good! At one point, Ben looks like he doesn't even have to read the script, but can just effortlessly speak it. It is so nice of them to make the effort to learn Chinese! Great job!

Libera Korea Concert 2013 Promo Video

Libera has a promo video just for the Korea concerts! It's similar to the original, but in this one there are scenes from past Korea tours plus Isaac, Dylan and Ciaran speak in Korean! They introduce themselves and invite everyone to their concerts. Awesome job!

Libera Promo Video in Chinese With a Surprise!

Artemis Art posted a promo video for Libera's Spring Tour, but this one is in Chinese!



According to Jean and Yuni, the Chinese writing says that Libera will be singing a Chinese song in their concerts called 月亮代表我的心 or "The Moon Represents My Heart." How awesome is that?! Can't wait to hear it!

Libera Spring Tour 2013 Promo Video

Libera posted a new promotional video for their Spring Asia Tour 2013! This one has some surprises! 

First, there is footage from their most recent concert in St. George's Cathedral, London in November 2012. Do you remember that one? There were 34 boys singing that night. There are pictures of it here. Did they just film this concert as they usually do for their own archives? The quality of the video is really good. Just look at these pictures. So are they hinting that (hope, hope) they will be releasing a new concert DVD! Or maybe a bonus video for a new album. :D

What did I say?! A new album?! Secondly, there is a scene of Ben F., Michael U-R, Tom and Isaac with headphones on. They are recording something. Could it be a new song? Or a new album?

Happy Chinese New Year Video

Chinese New Year is this Sunday, February 10. Jude, Ben and Cassius made a video to wish everyone a happy Chinese New Year! They all look so much older and taller in it! Ben and Cassius even speak Chinese in it. I have no idea what they say, but it's cool that they did it. The video was posted by Artemis Art who is working on their Taiwan tour. This gets the Taiwanese fans even more excited to have them come! Happy Year of the Snake! :D

Libera Christmas Video 2012

Hey everybody! Just wanted to quickly share this cute Christmas video from the boys of Libera! It looks like they had a lot of fun at their Christmas party this year! I love the awesome hats that they're wearing! I think it's so cute that Matthew RA has his hat on upside-down! Way to be unique! :) Thomas stealing Michael's food while he's talking was cracking me up! And both your plates look beautiful boys...because they're loaded with food, and that's all that matters. :) We get some nice greetings from Dylan, Jude and a "Merry Christmas" thumbs-up from Isaac! Merry Christmas to you as well, boys! And a Happy New Year!!! Hope it's full of happiness and many more new songs! ;)

It's just so they can make sure that everyone votes only 1 time. It's so hard to choose 1 favorite, isn't it?!!

The "Music Video Voting" is part of a campaign around the new "Song of Life: A Collection" CD that they have released in the US! It was previously only available in Japan! The CD is available through Libera's Amazon link here for $14.57! What a great Christmas gift!

Eternal Light Video - Director's Cut

What an awesome surprise!!! There's a "new" old video of Eternal Light that I never saw before. It's the "Director's Cut" version of the full Eternal Light video! :D

Let me say first that Stefan Leadbeater was the first Libera voice I ever heard live in Nashville 2010. I love his singing so much! He's just perfect in this video.

If you remember, Libera hinted at a video they were filming for a new song back in September 2010. They released the first Eternal Light video on YouTube on November 9, 2011 which you can see here. Then they filmed a shortened version of Eternal Light for Songs of Praise which you can see here.

The director posted his "Director's Cut" on YouTube around the same time! It shows that he/she is from Japan! There are so many scenes that we've never seen before! And some of the boys look so little and young! But it's still the same, beautiful song!
