Libera said on their web site, "We are sorry for the delay which was caused by difficulties obtaining USA Visas."

UPDATE: Watch for SUPER PREMIUM tickets for the two concerts in Texas. These will guarantee a front and center seat. The Frisco and Houston churches are so large that the premium section will be bigger than usual. A Super Premium ticket gets you right up front. These tickets will only be up for 3-4 days, and there are a very limited number of them. They should sell out quickly, so make sure you watch for them!
