Jersey Concert #1

Today is Libera's Jersey concert #1! And I'm so excited!!! I can't wait to find out what songs they will sing and which boys are there! We know it's the return of Josh, Tiarnan, Daniel and Jakob! Who else? Are there any newbies?

The song list is the same as for the last Arundel concert except Do Not Stand has been removed and Faithful Heart is added!!! And Josh soloed on it!!! The main soloist overall was Thomas Delgado-Little! Check him out! :D Thanks to Fan de LoK and Dani for the updates!

Everyone that went is gushing about how great the concert was. Our friend, Harry, said it was "brilliant" and "absolutely fantastic!" Julia said it was "amazing." Martin said it was "absolutely wonderful" and "Josh's voice is ... wow!!!!"

Sam Leggett wasn't there because he was "celloing." (playing his cello) lol Nice! Miss you Sam and Stefan, Ralph, Barney, Carlos and Oscar!

Yuki & Lucy report that Robert Prizeman did not play the piano or keyboard AT ALL! gasp! He only directed and tried to keep the boys smiling! For some of the boys, that's not hard to do! :D The grand piano, 2 electronic keyboards, string quartet and percussion were on stage behind the boys. RP sat on a high chair to the left of the stage with desk in front of him and partitions around him. Sometimes he rose to be seen by the musicians.

The programs were £5 for a signed program and £3 for an unsigned program. There were also Libera CD's for sale! :D

             This was very moving. The most striking song of the night! Josh's voice is the same as on the CD. He sings the beginning then when he gets to "I give my love," he goes down an octave and MJ helps with the high parts! :D

Speech - Josh on voice changes. He mentioned he is back in the choir after absences due to exams! Then he announced he'd be playing the piano for the next song! :D

             The head of the "V" was 2 boys - Tiaran & Jakob with Daniel & Luke on either side of them.

         This was sung in a round of 5 groups.
